Absolutely. If you need custom cable lengths, special labeling, MTP/MPO configurations, or anything outside our standard catalog, fill out an ISP Account application and mention your requirements. We'll turn around a custom quote within 4 hours.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day from our Ohio warehouse. For large or custom orders, we'll confirm lead time in your quote — but most standard orders (even 200+ cables) ship within 24 hours.

Your per-cable price is locked for the duration of your current volume tier. If your monthly volume increases and you move up a tier, we'll automatically apply the better rate. Pricing never goes up mid-contract.

Yes. Your tier is based on your average monthly cable volume. If you want to lock in a higher tier's pricing, just commit to that volume range when you open your account. We'll revisit quarterly.
