Do I need to be a large distributor to qualify?
Yes. We work with distributors of every size — from single-region specialists to multi-region national accounts. Pricing tier is set by category commitments and annual volume, not by headcount.
Can I carry Fybronix alongside my existing lines?
Absolutely — and that's the point. Our line is designed to sit next to your existing suppliers. If we duplicate too many of your current SKUs, we'll help you build a category strategy so your team doesn't have to pick winners.
How do you handle account or territory conflicts?
We register named accounts and, where a territory is exclusive, hold to that. If a customer in your territory reaches out to us directly, we hand them back to you.
What payment terms do you offer distributors?
Net-30 after credit approval, standard on distributor accounts. First few POs may be pay-on-invoice while credit is being processed.
