The challenge

A regional ISP was rebuilding its middle-mile between three PoPs and needed 8 km of pre-terminated OS2 trunk with strict polarity and per-fiber test data — inside a two-week install window.

What we did

Custom OS2 MPO-12 trunks with Method B polarity, per-fiber IL/RL data attached to each serialized reel, and split-shipping so the first crew wasn't waiting on the last reel.

Outcome

The trunk shipped on schedule, polarity was verified on install, and the team hit their cutover window with margin to spare.

Zero-rework kitting for a hyperscale build

The challenge

A data-center integrator needed 1,200 low-loss LC/UPC OM4 patch cables kitted per cabinet for a hyperscale build — with labels, lengths, and packaging that matched the customer's rack diagrams.

What we did

Bulk custom-length LC/UPC OM4 patch cables, printed with the customer's cabinet ID, boxed and labeled by rack row so kits landed at the right cabinet.

Outcome

Cabinets landed pre-kitted and pre-labeled. The install crew went straight from box to rack — no measuring, no relabeling, no waiting on rework.

Every published story is reviewed and approved by the customer before it goes live. Where a customer prefers, we anonymize the company and share only the details relevant to the deployment.
