Our QC process
Documented, repeatable, and applied to every assembly that leaves the floor.

Incoming inspection
Cable, connectors, and sub-components arrive under inspection. Lots that don't meet spec are quarantined and returned to the supplier.

Endface inspection
Every endface is inspected under a 400× microscope against the IEC 61300-3-35 pass/fail zones. Fails are re-polished on the bench before test.
- 03
IL/RL measurement
Insertion loss and return loss measured on calibrated benchtop meters. Values recorded per fiber, per serial number.
- 04
Continuity & polarity
Continuity and polarity verified end-to-end. MPO channels checked against the ordered method (A/B/C) — no surprises at install.
- 05
Extended testing (optional)
OTDR traces available on request for long-haul builds. We can also perform tier-1 or tier-2 certification for turnkey handoff.

Test documentation
Every assembly ships with a test summary. Full per-fiber data is available on request and archived to the serial number.
