Do you really ship same-day?
Yes. In-stock orders placed by 2 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Custom-built assemblies are typically 2–5 business days on the bench before they ship.
How fast can I get an order to the West Coast?
Most of the continental US is 1–3 days by ground from our Ohio warehouse. The West Coast is 4–5 days by ground; overnight and 2-day air are always available.
Can I ship on my own carrier account?
Yes. Tell us your carrier and account number at checkout or on your PO and we'll ship on your account. UPS, FedEx, and DHL are all supported.
What about very large or heavy orders?
For large orders that don't fit standard parcel dimensions, we ship LTL freight on a shrink-wrapped, edge-protected pallet. LTL quotes are added to your order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada and Mexico regularly. For other international destinations, contact sales — most orders can be shipped, but we need to confirm HS codes and export documentation.
